🛠️ Warranty Coverage

Pro Pak has proudly manufactured high-quality, cost-effective protective cases for over 30 years. We offer:

• Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects for all Pro Pak products.

• Limited 1-Year Warranty on components subject to wear — including wheels, casters, latches, and lifting mechanisms.

These warranties apply to the original owner only and require proof of purchase. If a product fails due to a covered issue, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered

• Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper handling

• Normal wear and tear, including scuffs and abrasions

• Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, solvents, water

• Shipping or airline damage (see below)

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications by non-Pro Pak technicians

✈️ Damage in Transit

Damage caused by airlines or freight companies is not covered by our warranty. In these cases, claims should be filed directly with the carrier. We’re happy to assist by providing documentation for repair or replacement estimates.

🧰 Maintenance & Warranty Voiding

Warranty will be voided if:

• Improper or incorrectly performed repairs or modifications are made by non-Pro Pak personnel.

🔁 Return Policy

Because all of our cases are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these products. That said, if an issue arises and it’s determined to be our fault, we’ll evaluate your case and find a reasonable, customer-focused resolution.

• Authorized returns, if approved, may be subject to a restocking fee.
